I was just browsing my regular blog roll and saw David's recipe for
Milk Chocolate and Black Pepper Ice Cream,
drooooooooool. I could see this being a tasty hot chocolate too, no? (Perhaps a distant cousin of Mexican hot cocoa).
Since I have an amazing custom pepper grinder, given to me by Matt, this may be the next treat to make! (although, perhaps I should follow the directions and use the mortar and pestle? we'll see!)

ahhh it's the gigantic pepper mill!! i LOVE it! mmm milk choc black pepper ice cream sounds divine. i just put dried cherry black pepper on my menu for the week. and of course plumped the cherries in quite a bit of rum :)
